Ever since joining LBSA my freshman year, it has become more than just a space for professional growth. It has become a community where I truly feel supported and encouraged to be myself. Through LBSA, I have gained mentors who have helped me navigate my career aspirations, developed greater confidence in my professional abilities, and built lifelong friendships with ambitious individuals who constantly inspire me. Most importantly, LBSA has helped me become more confident in my individuality and recognize the value of bringing my own experiences and perspective into every space I enter.
