Since 1994, UCLA LBSA has empowered Latino students to pursue successful careers and confidently navigate the world of business by providing the resources, relationships, and experiences necessary to compete for exceptional opportunities. Through professional development, industry exposure, strong alumni and corporate partnerships, and a supportive community, we position our members to thrive and build a sense of belonging at UCLA, while developing into leaders prepared to make an impact far beyond campus.

We aim to strengthen our professional network, deepen our partnerships, and create even more pathways for students to become leaders in their industries and communities. As LBSA grows, our commitment remains the same: to open doors, build community, and help the next generation move forward with confidence.
We continue to advance our mission of empowering the next generation of Latino leaders.
